<p>No, students cannot apply for IIT Bhilai with 52% in graduation. To get admission, students must fulfil the eligibility. The eligibility is to have 55% - 60% in graduation in relevant field from a recognised univeristy.</p>

IITs offer only B.tech and not B.Sc. and admissions are through JEE and so far there is no lateral entry admissions offered. Check here for more details.

<p>No, it is not possible to get admission in IIT or IIIT or DTU from the 2nd year of BTech CSE. These institution does not give entry in 2nd year. You have to follow the process of admission from the first year only.</p>

There are many exams to get into IIT & NITs for the different courses and at the different levels:
IIT JEE: IIT JEE is the very first exam taken after the completion of class 12th for the Bachelor's degree at IITs and NITs.
IIT JAM : IIT JAM exam is also a national level entrance exam conducted for the UG students to pursue their Master's degree in science (M.Sc) at IITs & NITs.
GATE: GATE is another national level entrance exam conducted for the UG students to pursue M.Tech. at the IITs & NITs.
CAT: CAT is an exam conducted for the management student to pursue a management course from the IITs.

The candidate after your degree education. Sorry, as per the rules, Diploma degree holders are not allowed to write JEE. So, it not possible to get into IITs/NITs. Diploma holders are eligible to get direct admission in second year of B.Tech through different CET's of state governments.

No not possible,for taking admission in any MBA college you have to have any of the entrance i.e CAT,MAT etc and as per I know IIT Kanpur takes the score of CAT and CMAT
