It's indeed quite good to hear that you are interested in aerospace engineering in IIT Mumbai. You need to take PCM subjects in your 12th exam and score minimum of 75% marks to be eligible. Then you need to clear JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced to get admission in this premier institute for studies in this branch.

An engineering student IIITian,

I was at KOTA and I had a phone with minimal specs 4 inch not android. I used to watch movies every Saturday on that phone. It must be your concern that it may lead to distraction and all. And you are right it surely leads to distraction. Only if you utilise it in a good way it can be productive. Which most of us don't do. Having a control over yourself matters. Keeping a phone is just a second part. First part is motivation. But my suggestion. Better [o be away from android in class 11 and 12. You will not regret surely.

Hello Radhe, there is still enough time. You have to first fill up form, appear and score more than cutoff in JEE Mains. Then you have to apply, appear and clear in JEE Advanced. Then the admission process begins. Normally ads are placed in all major newspapers about this and you simply can not miss. Best wishes.

No, as of now, you cannot directly take admission into IIT Bombay (or any IIT) with only a diploma, without completing the 12th standard (or its equivalent). Admission to IITs is primarily through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Advanced), and to be eligible for JEE Advanced, candidates must fulfill certain academic requirements.

Yes, but you have to give the improvement exam for all the five subjects of your 12th class. Only then your improved score would be considered otherwise your original score (unimproved) will be considered for the admissions.
Best of luck.

Nonetheless, certain IITs might offer particular programs or different admissions processes, such direct admissions for outstanding applicants based on their prior academic standing or through additional tests like GATE for postgraduate programs. Verifying the precise entrance requirements of the IITs you are interested in is essential if you're thinking about studying a B.Tech or a related degree. It is advised to consult the official IIT websites for comprehensive and current information.</p... View more
