For getting government. Engineering Colleges through UPSEE in OBC category, Your UPSEE marks should be above 350. So government. Engineering colleges are difficult at this score.

Your rank is not good to take admission in good private college. You can take admission in general college in your local area.

You have to provide both the ranks. There is such provision of providing one rank only. If you are an OBC candidate, then it's upto you for which seat you claim the seats.

No, there is no separate counselling for different category there is single counselling date for all the candidate at a particular date so you take part in the counselling and get college according to your rank.

No, you can't select Biology as an optional subject instead chemistry, as Physics, Chemistry and Maths are the important subject of engineering. Engineering is nothing without PCM.
