<p>JEE Main counselling schedule is released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority after the declaration of the JEE Main result. The counselling shall be conducted in the months of June and July, tentatively. There seat allotment process is carried out through JoSAA counselling. Students securing the required marks in JEE Advanced become eligible for participation in counselling for admission to NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs including IIT BHU.</p>

Firstly after going through such an exhausting process of getting admitted to IIT-Mumbai, why you need to switch to B.Sc? Getting admission in B.Sc is very simple. You can tell IIT-Mumbai that you are no more interested in B.Tech and take TC from them.

<p>IIT Guwahati BTech admissions dates for the academic year 2025 have not been released yet. However, the BTech admissions for the academic year 2025-26 are expected to begin soon at IIT Guwahati. The process starts with the registrations for the JEE Main entrance exam. This exam is conducted in two phases. The entire examination process for JEE Main Session 1 has been concluded. Study Hard and Smart.

For getting into IIT architecture, weather in IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee, you will have to clear the architecture aptitude test conducted by the IIT to get a seat there.

For undergraduate engineering courses, you need to clear JEE Mains and advanced exams with a good score. Based on the JEE Advanced ranks, you can get admission at IITs. For post graduate courses, you need to clear GATE.

For a general category student, it is impossible to get admission into any IIT as it is too low. Your rank will be above 20000 or 30000 so you cannot get any IIT.

Preparing for UPSC CSE 2021,

You can't give JEE EXAM before class 12th. You are eligible only if you are presently in class 12th, or after 1-2 year of passing class 12th. But, you can prepare for IIT, whenever you want. You can start from class 6th also for preparing.

Good to see that you are interested for IIT. But for admission into IITs, JEE Advanced score is taken into consideration which is the stage 2 Examination. JEE Mains scores are only meant for qualification for JEE ADVANCED

The IIT (Indian Institutes of Technology) do not offer admission to B.Tech/B.E. Courses through lateral entry.
