Hello,
Firstly, you don't need to qualify JEE mains to get an admission in SASTRA. An aggregate of both your board and JEE exams are taken into account and a rank list is generated. You'll be called for the counselling after this.
All the best.

Current Student- BIT, Mesra,

Hi, Sayan!
I don't want to give you false hopes.
But, with your 65.2% in CBSE board, it is too difficult for you to get a seat at Tezpur University and your JEE Mains score makes it far more difficult.
Though You can try for Extra Spot Round but the chances are less.
I have suggested some good private colleges for you.
