#NITian,

If the given ranks are your category rank. Then, I will have to say that it is enough to get you into DTU. DTU is one of the topmost college of the country and holds a good reservation for delhiites.
If you are resident of Delhi then you can go try for it, you might get some non-core branch there. Or maybe, you will have to go for another options.

It basically depends upon you category. If you are from general category and Delhi resident, then a rank about 1 lakh will get you a branch at least in DTU. Moreover, you should qualify JEE Mains for branch of your choice.

Hi,
The admissions into DTU is based on JEE main ranks and you need to apply for the JAC counselling.
Eligibility conditions are:
Students shall pass any of the following examinations from a reputed school/college/institute (in the National Capital Territory of Delhi). They shall secure a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. They must have passed English as a subject of study in the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective). Passing in each subject separately is necessary.

Admission to PUMBA is through scores only and DTE did not conduct GD/PI for last years.
Under All India Quota scores of various exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT are considered. So, it is difficult to tell exact score of each exam. However, last year merit score of 99.98 was needed.
Note:- Merit score is announced by DTE after accepting the applications from all candidates.

Around 240 marks will guarantee you a rank in under 3000 (Considering that boards marks do not count), which is sufficient for a Delhi-general candidate to get CSE in DTU/ NSIT. If you are outside Delhi general, consider getting half the rank (250 to 260 marks).
