<p dir="ltr">IIT Varanasi (BHU) accepts JEE Main scores, followed by JoSAA counselling, for admission into its BTech programme. The admission process strictly considers candidates who qualify through the JEE Main examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).</p>

<p>JEE Main counselling schedule is released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority after the declaration of the JEE Main result. For undergraduate engineering courses, you need to clear JEE Mains and advanced exams with a good score. Based on the JEE Advanced ranks, you can get admission at IITs. For post graduate courses, you need to clear GATE.

For a general category student, it is impossible to get admission into any IIT as it is too low. Your rank will be above 20000 or 30000 so you cannot get any IIT.

You can't give JEE EXAM before class 12th. You are eligible only if you are presently in class 12th, or after 1-2 year of passing class 12th. But, you can prepare for IIT, whenever you want. You can start from class 6th also for preparing.

Students from UAE are allowed admission in IITs by appearing in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.

To get into IIT, you need to clear your class 12th first with minimum 75% marks only then you will be eligible for IITs.
