For admission into IITs, you need not to score any specific marks, you just need enough marks to sit in JEE Advanced, and as far as mechanical branch of IIT Bombay is concerned you need to score above than 190 in JEE Advanced, marks may vary as per the cut-off.

To get into IIT B, you have to clear two exams. Firstly JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced. Of course, you have to score above 75% in your 12th also. Then, for specific course in a specific IIT, you need to be in a relatively higher percentile bracket.

The minimum educational qualification for getting admission in this course is 12th or its equivalent. You have already done HSC meaning class 12th, so you are eligible for admission. However the admissions are based on an entrance exam called UCEED.
