To get into IIT-D you need to clear IIT-JEE Mains/Advanced. Other good engineering colleges you can target for are - NITs, BITS, VIT, SRM, AMITY, LPU, Jaypee Institute.

There are no cut-off marks to get into IIT BHU. Admissions are taken on the basis of JEE Advanced ranks and through JoSAA counseling. If you want to get into the institute, you should aim to get a score of more than 50% in the paper and rank under 5000 to secure a seat in the college.

For getting admission in IIT, you have to crack JEE MAIN and advance both. Some other engineering college are BITS, Manipal University, VIT.
