Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Hi,
Yes, there is a reservation for physically handicapped student in IIT.
Persons with disability (PWD) 3% seats in each of open, OBC-NCL, SC and ST category seats. The benefit would be given to those, who have at least 40% impairment irrespective of the type of disability i.e., locomotor, visual or severe dyslexic.
Leprosy-cured candidates who are otherwise fit to pursue the courses are also included in this sub-category.

There are 2 criteria for NITs, IIITs, IITs, and GFTIs. First: You need to have at least 75% in your respective board exam. Second: You need to meet the top 20 percentile criteria. If you meet any one of these criteria, you are eligible. Now the Question arises What is the top 20% percentile? The top 20 percentile means you must be in the top 20% scorer in your board exam. Now next question arises how will you know whether you are in the top 20% of your board? No, you can't not even if you have internationally published and recognized projects. They want GATE. I don't know if it's an IIT thing or an MHRD thing but a person who spends most of his/her day doing really good projects has little time to prepare for exams like GATE and are usually not the type who sit idle and study for an exam for a year after finishing their degree.
So if you're bright, a hard worker, and doing good research/project work, in India you are out of luck.

<p>For admission to MTech in IIT Bhubaneswar, aspirants need to first check the eligible criteria. The technology institute grant admission based on GATE entrance scores followed by COAP counselling. <p>No, BTech admissions at IIT Kharagpur accept the scores of the JEE Mains entrance exam to decide a candidate's admission. The exam is followed by the JoSAA counseling to finalise the admission of a candidate. The WBJEE entrance exam is not accepted for any admissions into the IIT Kharagpur courses.</p>

In your class 12th, you have to choose PCB as your core subjects. And, you have to score above 50% aggregate in PCB to appear in NEET, if you belong to general category and 40%, if you belong to SC, ST, OBC. And, then you have to appear in NEET exam, which is an entrance exam for all medical courses.
