No, B.Sc and Diploma holder result are declared late every year. You must be shown 2nd year result during verification. You will be submitted your final year result in college when declare.

So you can get admission in any private college except top 10 colleges of UPTU. But you can also get into it by management quota. You may get a fee waiver seat in other college except this 10, as per there criteria.

Yes, absolutely. According to as per AICTE norms and UPTU/AKTU/GBTU all the engineering colleges and institutions have to fill some of their seats for lateral entry. All the branches have almost 12 seats for lateral entry, especially talking about government. Engineering colleges in UPTU it is available in all colleges/institutions.
