If you work hard then you will definitely get seat in IIT's. It all depends on your efforts and grip over the subjects. JEE Advanced has cutoff marks for each subject which means you have to get minimum marks in all the three subjects otherwise you will be this qualified. So having knowledge over all the three subjects was very important in the aspect of JEE Advanced.

I cannot comment about SPA or IITs, but NIT admissions are solely based on your JEE Mains paper. Only your AIR in Mains are considered not of JEE advanced.
PS: I am assuming that the Paper 2 specified in your question implies JEE advanced paper 2.

Hi Sohan,
You have very low chances with this score. Although you should try to participate in the counselling. Lower NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar and NIT Jamshedpur provide chances for low rankers in the last round. You can also predict other possible colleges here:

Helping others is my habit.,

If you are a average student and know your capabilities then you have to work hard, study hard, concentrate and be focus on your studies only and not anything else .
Just go with the concepts of subject of 11th and 12th , practice NCERT as much as you can, Try to solve every question of the book. Go for previous year paper if you want to go for coaching then choose good coaching for the preparation but do not totally depend on it. Do more self study.
You will definitely qualify for 1 attempt in JEE Main. Also if you are of general category then actually you have to study hard.

Your query is not clear. For getting admission at BITS, IIT process is not involved. However, even if you are a student of Birla Balika Vidyalaya, you need to appear for BITSAT for getting admission into the B.E Course of BITS Pilani. The only way of getting direct admission at BITS Pilani is if you are a Board Topper. All the best.

For the candidates who qualify for admission in the IITs, NITs, IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE Main or JEE Advanced ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the Class 12 examination or be in the top 20 percentile in Class 12 examination conducted by respective Boards. So you are not eligible.
