No, without entrance exam they are not willing to give you admission, you need to give the entrance but still you can visit to there website or college might be they have there own entrance exam option as well, but you have to give it, without entrance exam there is very less chance to get admission.

According to CSABs notification dated March 22, For the candidates to qualify for admission in the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and such Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) whose admissions are based on JEE ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class exam conducted by the respective boards. For SC, ST students, the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th Class exam. So your 12th aggregate marks should not be less than 75% if belongs to general/OBC.
