IIT JEE exam is to get admission in B.Tech and IIT JAM entrance test is to take admission in M.Sc. or PhD or dual degree courses.

If you want to get admission in IIT, Bombay then you must have to write JEE advance and score very well in that, however even if you score 1st rank in JEE Mains then also you will not get admission there.
