There are very little chances to get into government colleges but don’t lose hope. Try for all rounds of counselling processes until you get the desired college.

You can get admission in good colleges such as-
1- Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University
2- JSS Academy of Technical Education
3- Galgotia's College of Engineering & Technology
4- ABES Engineering College
5- Bundelkhand University

Through counselling, this can't be possible. You will definitely get a college, but those college are just a place where you will only get a degree and nothing else. So, I'll prefer you to go to the top private college and there get admission through management quota.
