First of all, I want to tell you that for taking admission in a government college like IIT & NIT or State-funded university, you must have given Joint Entrance Exam. I hope this year you have already given this exam and got your result last month. So wait till the counselling round starts and apply for your choices. If you have not given JEE 2018, take JEE-2019.

Fees depend on college to college if you take admission in BMLT direct 12 class then it will be of 3 years and if you take admission after competing DMLT then it will be of 2 years.

The process of admission in this university is based on pessat entrance test and on jee mains score. Also, you can get admission via management quota directly, but you need to pay higher fees for that.
