I am an engineering student,

There are tons of engineering colleges in Ghaziabad and Noida. Among them, the best ones are JSS-Noida, KIET-Ghaziabad, A. K. Garg-Ghaziabad, Galgotias-Greater Noida, G. L.Bajaj-Greater Noida, ABES-Ghaziabad, etc.

At this rank you will not able to get into JSS, Noida for CSE. The cutoff is around 6-7 thousand general rank for CSE branch in JSS.

There is no chance in BIET. You may get REC college and government universities if you have filled choice and locked during counselling.

You are eligible for admission in UPSEE 2019 with your 12 marks. In that case If there is possibilities that percentage is increasing you may fill appearing. Otherwise when the result announced you can choose the best score.

No, you can't admission in Galgotia without qualifying UPSEE but you can get admission in management quota but for management quota, you have to ask official authorities of college.

Your rank is good you can get some of government colleges which are not so good because the best government college counselling goes up to 300 only last year. So fill the counselling form, may be this year you will get a good college.
