Hello Umesh, One has to upload marksheet of the last semester only. The system will surely give enough time after declaration of results for this purpose. So my advice is just do not worry.

All the colleges are not good and are government one's, but the academics of REC-Kannauj is better classes are conducted in HBTU-Kanpur, All the colleges are newly opened. But, there is no placement in these colleges. If you have any other queries you can ask freely.

Yes, this year is slightly difficult as compared to previous year. So, the cut off slightly decrease in all college.
