If seats remain unfilled CSAB counselling is conducted. If you are looking at the merit seat, then you will have to submit your 12th marks card, NATA marks & JEE marks to your Local Examination Authority who will issue you a rank card, based on which you can select your choice of college.

There is a Common Entrance Test (CET), only through CET the admission to such colleges shall will given, which is conducted by the Maharashtra Government. It's more like an entrance exam.

You have to apply through ACPC on the basis of score of CMAT or any other entrance exam you have opted for. Then you will be allotted seat according to your score.

SRCC is one of the most reputed B.Com college in Delhi University.
The admission is pure based on the merit list.
According to the new rule of the Delhi university the candidate have to apply their choice of subject and college in a OMR form where scrutiny will be done and will directly forwarded to the concern selected college.
As per the merit basis there will be a list of selected student published by the college, thus have to complete the further procedure for the admission in the college.
If you score about 85% TO 90% you may get a chance in SRCC.

Here is the phd admission procedure. Ph.D. degree requirements is to have a master's degree or an M.Phil with a minimum aggregate score of 55%. Ph.D. admission is based on Ph.D. entrance exams. CSIR UGC NET UGC NET IIT JAM NPAT are the top Ph.D. entrance exams.

The general requirements is completing the Bachelors degree, 2 to 3 years of work experience and valid GMAT or GRE scores. The benchmark for these various requirements will rise with the university competitiveness. Higher the ranking of the university, getting admission will be more challenging.
