Many business schools offer various courses in Singapore. You can apply directly and get admissions. No need of IELTS to apply. You also should no students are not allowed to do part time job in Singapore.
For NUS. and Govt university you need around 90% marks and have to apply well in advance.

<p>Dear sir</p><p>To take <strong>admission in M.Ed </strong>your B.Ed should be qualified, there are 2 routes for admission first is you have to give entrance exam of M.Ed then you have to select college through counseling process.
