UPTU and IP University are in the competition. UPTU is better than IPU due to its excellent ROI, core branch placements and small batch size.
Considering the technical education, it is always fruitful and recommended to join a Technical University affiliated college. Be it UPTU or any other.
As far the selection of college goes, it has to be totally based on education standards, facilities, infrastructure. If these are good, crowd is secondary. At the end of any technical engineering program, you would have stayed 4 years full time in a college.

Hi,
How are you?
The best way to predict a college through JEE Main score is Shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITs-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA and other colleges in Maharashtra.
So, go for it.

In the fee waiver scheme, your college's tuition fee is only waived off, instead of that, I'll prefer you to fill the scholarship form, and then your approximately 80% marks college fees will be refunded to you.

The infrastructure is good. But the college is outside the market area. The college provides only three branches they are EE, IT, CE. Placements are quite good. But some of the students who studied there said that this college is not bad at all. Recently, the college arranged the new faculty and is improving their education system. If you have any queries, please feel free to ask.

There are only 5% seats in each branch which are fee waiver seats in every college of UPTU. To ensure the fee waiver seat, you must carry your original income certificate (certificate number 12) with its online verification to the counselling center at the time of counselling.
Remember to fill the fee waiver seats prior to the full fee seats during online choice filling at counselling center.

It depends upon your date of birth. Whenever your D.O.B. exceeds the limit set by UPTU, you are not eligible. Generally, a student can appear for it 3 times.
