At this score, you can only get into the private colleges and that also in the top 20 colleges and not in the top 10 colleges of UP.

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on the college and university norms. Some universities allow it and some won't. Plus, you need to have good scores in the first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

Your rank is not good and there are very less chances to get admission in a government college, but you can get admission in a good private college.

Getting admission with these scores are really very difficult for you. Maybe, some colleges can give you admission through donation, management quota. Call in some colleges and ask them, if they can give admission through management quota.

There is only one government college for B.Pharma through UPSEE i.e. UPUMS, Etawah. So you will not get it.
You can try some universities like CSJM, MJPRU, VBSPU, and DBRAU.

Not possible. You will be allocated the branch based on the course you pursue in the polytechnic college. So you need to study in the same branch which you studied in during your polytechnic life.
