It varies College to College. However average private Colleges have fee around 70000 per annum while may government colleges under UPTU has low fee as compared to private colleges.

As I am a student of Amity University, I don't have any idea about the fee structure for UPTU.
But the fee for B.Pharma at Amity university is:
1st-year non sponsored semester fee (Rs. in Lacs): 0.80
1st-year sponsored semester fee (Rs. in Lacs): 1.20

At the above mentioned rank you may get JSS Noida or Ajay Kumar Garg with Computer science engineering or information technology. You can try government colleges under UPTU as well. Your reservation may fetch a seat for you.

You don't need to have an income certificate issued after 1st of April. According to the new rules of state government income, certificates are valid up to 1-year. So if you have an older certificate. You can go with that for your counselling. Good luck!
