You are advised to appear in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to seek admission in IITs after Diploma in engineering. IITs do not have lateral entry admission provision. The total marks of JEE advanced exam varies every year. So with respect to the previous year admissions, I may tell you in terms of ranks.
Your category rank should be below 500 so that you can get a seat at IIT-Kharagpur.
If you have such a rank, then you can get any desired branch in top IITs.

and u should positioned under 10,000 rank in JEE advance to get admission in IITs.
