You can surely get any of the IITs if this is your AIR (All India Rank). For a general category student, if this is an AIR then he may get any of the top IITs like Madras, Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, etc.

As per your rank, your chances are nil for getting any branch at IIT's, however, it will be better for you to take a break and prepare well for next year.

<p>There is no mention of IIT Hyderabad offering PhD admissions to candidates who are yet to receive their final exam scorecard. Generally, PhD admissions are not offered to students who are still in their final year of the PG course.</p><p>Hence, candidates can assume that they can only apply for IIT Hyderabad PhD admissions after completing pot graduation.</p>
