The total marks of JEE advanced exam varies every year. So with respect to the previous year admissions, I may tell you in terms of ranks.
Your category rank should be below 500 so that you can get a seat at IIT-Kharagpur.
If you have such a rank, then you can get any desired branch in top IITs.

u should score 150+ marks in JEE main to get good NITs
and u should positioned under 10,000 rank in JEE advance to get admission in IITs.

75% minimum is required but you have to earn a top rank among in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to get admission in IIT.

Class 12th marks have no weightage in the preparation of JEE Main ranks. Students should know that the ranks will be determined based on their score in the entrance exam. Hello Rajitha,IITs and NITs require the eligibility to have completed 10+2 education system in order to appear for JEE exams through which you can get admission in those colleges. Since Diploma holders don't satisfy this condition, you cannot get admission in IITs or NITs for architecture.

You can not predict the model or maximum marks for which the advanced exam will be set. You are talking about robotic engineering!
There is no such specified branch. You need to take a 5 year integrated course of CS+robotics. Or you need to complete b tech in CS or ECE and then take up a post graduation course (MS or M.Tech) in robotics. Anyways, first start preparing well for the exam. You are interested in a branch which is the most preferred. So you need to be ready to face immense competition.
