You cannot take admission directly. For NIT, you have to attempt JEE main exam for entrance where you should score good marks whether For IIT you need to attempt both JEE main and JEE Advanced. IIT is one of the good college who offers B.Tech to students who really deserve IIT so you have to prepare for IIT for 2 year more as you can give the exam after completing your class 12th so right now you should focus on your studies.

You will be able to get admission in IIT/ NIT if you have done your 12th board from a recongnised board even as a private candidate. Your 12th board marks sheet and certificate will be sufficient proof for your education.

IITs: Among all IITs, only IIT Roorkee offers MCA programme, but from the academic year 2014-15 the institute had decided to discontinue this course.
The test was IIT-JAM. But this doesn't exist now.
NITs: The admission to the MCA programme into NITs is based on the rank obtained in NIMCET exam only, and it is offered in following NITs only.

From this year, class 12th marks will not be considered for JEE Mains. You may get NIT of North-East states but I would advice you to rather keep preparing for JEE Advance from now itself.

By preparing and of course scoring well in JEE main, you can get admission in NITs, but to get admission in IIT you have to first score well in JEE main and required 75% marks in class 12th. Then you are eligible for appearing in JEE advance examination. If you score well in this exam, you can get admission for IIT. To get admission in IIT, you have to do smart work and it's totally different from the preparation of JEE main exam.
