The hostel fees at the Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology are very less, i.e, only around INR 60 per month. This fee includes the electricity charges. However, the student will need to pay separate charges for the mess. There are limited seats available at the hostel.

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Chittoor, provides decent placements. About 30-40% students are placed on campus, and the top companies that recruit here are Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and L&T. The maximum salary package is from INR 6.5 LPA to 10 LPA, with some mention of up to INR 25 LPA. Average packages are extremely variable, normally between INR 3 LPA and 5-7 LPA. 3. Application Process: Candidates must apply through the TNEA portal and also submit an application to LICET.
