B.Tech. in Mechanical and Automation Engineering - Batch of 2028
1.8

This college is established in 2024, and because of this, it does not have a good background.
Placements: Students below the 25th percentile get admission to this college because it was established in 2024, and no batch has passed out yet. In the spot round, 1% of students get admission in whichever course they need. In the future, campus placements will happen with the help of the diploma college because the principles of the diploma and degree colleges are the same.
Infrastructure: This college does not have any hostel, library, or sports equipment, but it does have Wi-Fi, labs, and dull classrooms. It also not having any medical facilities. The college classrooms are not neat and clean, dust covers every inch of classrooms and single benches. The canteen food quality is decent, and it is also shared with the diploma college. The canteen prices are affordable, but the size of the canteen is very small, with a limited number of tables and chairs, and it is not neat and clean.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and 60% of them are highly qualified, while the remaining are non-permanent teachers. Permanent teachers are knowledgeable and have the best teaching quality, but the non-permanent teachers are completely opposite, they are not polite, often rude, and unprofessional. This college only focuses on submissions, completing notes and assignments, and the passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because my background is totally in automobile studies, and the best thing about this course is that it is an evergreen field. It would be much better if they added more practical teaching instead of focusing only on theory. This college only supports scholarships and does not have any fests or events.

The college provides good facilities, but there is no placement data available yet since the college
Placements: The college is new, and the placement situation is not very clear. I think around 50% of students were placed in 2027. The lowest salary package is 2 LPA, while the highest is between 7 LPA and another amount. Companies like TCS are involved. My senior had a good internship, and approximately 70% of students managed to secure one.
Infrastructure: The course in AI is the best in my college because the demand for AI engineering is increasing. The hostel and college buildings are under construction, but Wi-Fi and library facilities are available. The classrooms and labs are satisfactory, and the infrastructure is developing quickly and looks great. Various sports activities are conducted at the college, including cricket, badminton, chess, and more.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent across all subjects, with many faculty members holding Ph.D. degrees. The heads of all branches are particularly good at helping students secure internships, and they are all experienced professionals. As you know, government colleges tend to be strict; about 80% to 90% of students pass, while 10% to 20% may fail.
Other: I am particularly interested in AI, which is the top course in my college. The first-year syllabus is continuously improving, and events and festivals are organized. Scholarships are also available, along with various sports activities.

College is new and good for a teaching degree.
Placements: As our college is new, there are no placements yet. It was established in 2023, so the college has been running for only two years. Therefore, there is no information or idea about placements. But, we hope the university is good, and the teaching staff is making efforts, so placements will also be good in the coming years.
Infrastructure: As our college is established in 2023, there is no infrastructure or hostel yet. But, a project worth over 175 crores for the hostel and campus has been executed, so it will be one of the finest colleges in Kolhapur. Only the library is there for our college, and various books are available.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and professional teachers are available. Exams are held every semester, and papers are easy enough for students to solve them easily. The curriculum for the AI branch is good, and I hope it will bring good achievements for students. The teaching is nice.
Other: As AI is enhancing the world and this college is looking towards the vision, I took admission in this college.

College is new, but its vision is great.
Placements: As our college is established in 2023, it is only in its 2nd year, so our college has no placements. But as per our teaching staff and university, they are trying their best, so I hope the college will provide good placements in the future. The university is also good.
Infrastructure: As the college is new, there is no infrastructure or hostel available yet, but work started in July 2024. This work is in progress, and our college will have a big campus with good infrastructure and a hostel. As per the plan, the college looks very nice. but all events and sports are held, though not at the right time. But, everything happens.
Faculty: Faculty members are good as the teaching staff has good qualifications. They teach us very nicely and properly, making papers we face becomes easier to solve. The curriculum is not so good.
Other: As our branch is Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, our batch students are talented and innovative. I hope they get good placements, and the college is also trying its best.

College is just average. No one should admitted. But u can aim for GATE.
Placements: Placement is good in mining and electrical department only. But others are terribly? Bad. Companies are not coming to recruit students. All the placement cell head are just fir show. Not working as they are paid. Just if u r getting admitted in this college you should prepare for GATE exam.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good but course infrastructure is not that great. Nothing much about the labs. Because they are not doing workshop MS properly att all. Between all the mechanical members are just for show. The workshop faculty's have high ego. Very lazy to do anything.
Faculty: Faculty are good in electrical department. They have high connections and mining section is good. Semester exams are not difficult to pass but the university is like apna marzi ka Malik. They can perform any exam just in 3 months. And attendance of 75 % is just a * idea to be used in all the colleges.
Other: Other branch teach fests are better than my own.

Absolutely lovely faculty.
Placements: I didn't get placement, but my batchmates got placed by various companies. Twenty percent of my batchmates were placed. Reliance was the top recruitment company. The highest package was 10 lakh, and the lowest was approximately 5 lakh. My friend got placed as a manager.
Infrastructure: The facilities available are absolutely fantastic. I love the infrastructure of my college. Wi-Fi facilities are there, practical labs are very good, and the classrooms are among the best. The library is great, and the hostel is old but very good. The sports and games teachers are helpful.
Faculty: The teaching staff is very helpful and friendly. The teachers are highly qualified, and their teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are not that hard but also not very easy. I love my college; the teachers are very helpful, which is why I love my teachers.
