Firstly, you have to know what is best for you. I can suggest some courses but only you will know if that particular course would be suitable for you or not, since you have done your B.Com you have to know that universities in Canada do not accept three years Bachelor degree , only 2 or 3 tier 2 universities accepts it. You are left with PG Diploma options from SPP colleges. Apart from Canada you are advised to check universities in Australia, France, New Zealand, etc. which accepts Indian three years degree. Regarding the courses you can check accounting, finance, supply and logistics, event management, etc.

Congratulations on making a wise decision of pursuing Company Secretary as a professional qualification.
After you enroll with ICSI, you will receive study material for the examination. If you do regular and disciplined self-study from the study material while using standard reference books for practice, you will have enough content to pass the exams.
However, certain subjects require conceptual clarity and depending on your personal learning style you might require tuition or coaching. ICSI offers a few contact classes for the same. You can also join a subject wise tuition class available in all cities of India.

Since you don't have maths in class 12th so neither you can pursue B.Com Hons nor ECO Hons. However, you can go for BBA/BMS. Or if you want to change your field then you can do so for Law-LLB or BA LLB. Still you have plenty of options.

BBA - Bachelor of business administration
B.Com - Bachelor of Commerce
Both these are undergraduate courses of 3 years duration in India.
BBA is a course in the field of business management while B.Com is in the field of commerce.
BBA basically deals with the management skills like selling, marketing, production etc. While B.Com deals with statistics and economical skills like accounting, law, marketing, finance, etc.

I feel after the completion of 12th, you should complete B.Com or BBA and then some courses in personal finance or insurance. This should give you job without any problems.
