BCom admission at Jesus and Mary College is subject to clearing the required CUET UG cut-off. CUET UG-qualified candidates can register for CSAS, DU for seat allocation at various DU-affiliated colleges. Hence, the admission dates for BCom at JMC, DU depend on the CUET UG and CSAS timelines. The exact admission dates may vary yearly. However, the tentative application timelines for CUET UG and CSAS are as follows:

No, CUET UG scores are not compulsory for admissions to BCom courses. Because Quantum University grants admissions to BCom courses on the basis of merit, which is evaluated at Class 12 scores, and for some of the seats the university also accepts the scores of the CUET UG Score. Hence, if candidates have not secured a good score in their Class 12, they can still get admission to BCom at Quantum University with their valid scores in CUET UG.

After the completion of a BCom from Quantum University, candidates can apply for different government jobs. Graduates tend to seek employment in public administration, teaching, and social services. Candidates can apply for competitive exams such as UPSC, SSC, and State Public Service Commissions for the positions of IAS, IPS, or other government departments. Besides, there are opportunities in banking, railways, and other PSUs, where a BCom degree is a qualifying criterion.
With appropriate preparation and focus, graduates in BCom can get employment in the government sector.

The total tuition fee for BCom courses at Quantum University is INR 1.9 lakh. On the other hand, the total tuition fee for BCom courses at Haridwar University is INR 1.7 lakh. Hence, it clearly can be seen that Haridwar University is more affordable than Quantum University for BCom courses. However, the fee structure can be only one component that candidates consider while comparing institutes, but several factors can be taken into account while choosing the best university/college, such as placement packages, seats, ranking of that particular institute, affiliation, accreditation, etc.
