While a stellar academic record significantly boosts your chances, landing a job with top recruiters after BCom, even with less-than-perfect record is still achievable with a focused approach. As in todays time, employers plays a significant focus on practical knowledge and skills such as financial analysis, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Hence, demonstrating these skills can still win you the chances of getting selected during interviews.
