With this %, you may get admission in B.Com. For specialisation, I cannot be confirmed. As it depends upon if you had Math as a compulsory subject in your class 12th or not. Well, 95 percent is a really good score and you can get admission in really good colleges, however getting admission in North campus would be tough.
You can probably have option of Khalsa College in North Campus only, while in 95 percent you can get admission In DCAC, SGGSC, Gargi College, (these ones are for B.Com hons.)
Now, let's assume for B.Com pass, you will be eligible in many north campus colleges such as KMC, Ramjas College.
