No, mathematics is not compulsory for B.Com finance and accounting. But the knowledge of mathematics is required in this course. If you have studied economics earlier, then you will have no problems at all.

As you have scored 88.7 percentile in jee mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process of JOSSA. But getting computer science engineering in the first round of the counselling will be difficult for you.
