IITs are very good also private colleges like Amity, LPU, VIT, BITS. DTU, etc. are very good for CS branch.

Yes, with this rank can get you a seat in CSE. The cutoff for the CSE branch generally closes around 60000.

According to my knowledge you should choose IIITA. I am saying this because one of my friend study there. They provide good facility and placement. You will get good opportunities for future from here.
