Practice is the only key to success. Practice as much as you can. Take the help of guides and try solving the sample papers. Sample papers will help you to a great extent in understanding the pattern of the exam.

Dear Nikita, You must have at least 55% average marks in all three years of graduation, then only you can take direct entry in intermediate course. There are three stages for ICWA are as below:-
Foundation Course
Intermediate course
Final Course
Age limit: - Age must be at least 18 years minimum. After completion of graduation, you are exempted from foundation course. Since you are graduate, then you can directly apply for Intermediate course. Regards.

Yes, you can do second group of intermediate even though you have done your first part in 1999. There is as such no restrictions on the major gap of any courses conduct by ICAI. You can contact to the institute for your queries, because there are the one how can help you at this best. May be that say you to comply with certain norms but I am pretty sure that you can continue you CA studies now.

Hi,
You will be glad to know that B.Com graduate get an exemption in both CS and CA. For you the first Exam I. e the entrance or foundation will be exempted. Will registering online for examination and enrollment please choose direct scheme for graduates.
