For CS and civil both have maths up to 3 semesters. But CS has more maths in the later semester as compared to civil. Don't fear from maths. Choose according to your choice. If you go for BBA there is much less maths than B.Tech.

B.Com takes 3-year to graduate. CA takes minimum 4.5 years, CS takes 4 years and CMA also takes 4 years.

No, definitely no. There is no age boundary in ICWAI examination. Also, CA, CS infact a man completed CA as it's the last wish to become a chartered accountant.
