Hi there,
Automobile Engineering is a branch of engineering which deals with designing, manufacturing and operating automobiles. It is a segment of vehicle engineering which deals with motorcycles, buses, trucks, etc. It includes mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and safety elements.
Acharya Institute of Technology was established in 2000 since then it has attained great heights and well known for its good faculty members and decent packages. As it is situated in Bangalore, it is able to lure many companies.
Regarding placements of automobile engineering, the placements are quite decent but not as of CSE/IT and ECE branches.

Placements are very much decent in ABBS. Acharya Institute of technology is mainly for technical studies. There also placement is decent but if you are looking for core business school ABBS is better then AIT.
