Yes, if it is a top ranked university otherwise you can do it from any university in India as well. Some of the top advertising schools in the US you should consider are the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign, University of Florida - Gainesville, Boston University, UT Austin to name a few.

There are no good colleges to pursue advertising at Bachelor's level. You can pursue a degree course in either mass communication or management, and then go for a post-graduation course in advertising and marketing.

MBA in advertising is best offered at KJ Somaiya, SIBM - Pune, MICA - Ahmedabad. You need to give CAT, SNAP and MICAT respectively for above-mentioned colleges. CET exam is only accepted by KJ Somaiya.
