To be eligible for the Flying Branch in AFCAT, 1. One must have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and should have passed Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level.

2.  one must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent or BE/B Tech degree (4-year course) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. To determine your eligibility for the AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) examination in 2023 (Technical), you need to consider the age criteria set by the Indian Air Force. The eligibility criteria can vary from year to year, so it's essential to refer to the official AFCAT notification or contact the Indian Air Force for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the age criteria for AFCAT (Technical) are as follows:

  1. For Flying Branch (AFCAT Entry):

    • Minimum age: 20 years
    • Maximum age: 24 years
  2. For Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches:

    • Minimum age: 20 years
    • Maximum age: 26 year

No, you can't fill the form. As I have gone through the notification of AFCAT. It is properly mentioned about 10+2. But you can file an RTI because previously there was an option and now, they have removed that.

There is no sectional AFCAT cut off in the AFCAT exam. The total marks of the AFCAT exam are 300, out of which you have to score above the cutoff marks. AFCAT cutoff usually ranges from 120 to 150 marks.
