Yes, you are eligible for AFCAT. The candidates who are studying in the final year/ semester Degree course and are yet to pass the final year degree examination can also apply provided candidate should not have any present backlog and should have secured a minimum of 60% marks up to the last semester/ year for which results have been declared up to the time of submission of application. You are not eligible for Flying and GD Technical branches because these required 12th with Physics and Math with minimum 60% of marks + Engineering degree. However you can be eligible for GD Non Technical branches because this required a Bachelor's degree (three years) from a recognised university in any discipline with at least 60% or equivalent.

No you are not eligible for AFCAT with present backlogs. Hence first clear your backlogs.

AFCAT Eligibility Criteria 2020. Age limit: The age limits prescribed for the exam are different for different branches. Candidates should be between 20 to 24 years. The upper age limit for candidates having Commercial Pilot License is relaxed upto 26 years.

You can apply for the test provided you have no back logs at the time of interview (SSB). You will also be required to show the original DMCs of the semesters whose result has been declared and a Bonafide certificate from your college/ university to support your point that you will have the degree in your hand by that particular time.
