Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. Eligibility for B.Sc. In Agriculture is to get Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) or 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) or 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent. There are ample of opportunities in this field both in Government and in Private sector. Getting a good job depends on various factors like from where you have done your Graduation, your skills, your knowledge about the field, the Industrial experience and exposure if you have any.

As per my knowledge and my experience, if you want to pursue B.Sc in agriculture, then you must focus on subjects related to agriculture. You must not choose subjects, like physics, chemistry, and mathematics as a main subject. You have to choose physics chemistry and Agriculture, so that it will help you in your course, and can result better scopes ahead.
