The syllabus of entrance exam conducted by Agriculture University is class 11th and 12th courses of NCERT for PCBM. And, you have to prepare a bit of Agriculture part from outside or from other books, as NCERT is not enough for that.

Just go through NCERT of class 11th & 12th, basically Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology and Agriculture. But, among those you have to attempt any three. So, take mastery over any three from NCERT. And, if you need additional information, then you can go for Trueman's.

Dear Sai charan,
There is a 25% weightage for inter marks and 75% weightage for EAMCET marks. Both of the marks will be used for the calculation of EAMCET ranks.
Final EAMCET score (Total 100) = Intermediate weightage (Max score: 25) + EAMCET weightage (Max score: 75).
