Looking at the preparation for the nursing entrance test in any University in India particularly the AIIMS (link unavailable) Nursing, material to study will matter a lot. To enter into the BSC Nursing program in AIIMS Jodhpur, student need to qualify the examination for the BSC Nursing in AIIMS conducted by the government and also known as AIIMS BSC Nursing Entrance Examination. The exam is held each year, and the application form fees are INR 1,500 for General/OBC candidates and INR 1,200 for SC/ST candidates. This test has 100 items and is a multiple choice one; the time allowed for this test is 2hrs. The percentages differ from year to year although candidates with over 45-50% are normally admitted to counseling. There are 50 BSC Nursing seats available at AIIMS Jodhpur and there is a total of 5240 INR per annum for the course.

Well, here are some conditions to be sought for admission at AIIMS under government quotas: 

1. Pass the NEET UG exam, which is an entrance examination considered for further admission in AIIMS since completely switching to it for admissions. One has to score decently as part of one of the toughest cut-offs.

2. Register under the AIQ (All India Quota) counseling conducted through the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). AIIMS has 15 percent of its total seats kept for AIQ provision per seat of admission.

3. Choice filling for AIQ counseling shall include filling up of choices against AIIMS institutions. Admission shall be rank-wise based on NEET, category, and resources.

4. Also, the reserved category candidates SC/ST/OBC/EWS have lesser competition due to their cut-offs and the seats available in the government quota.

While seeking admission, however, ensure that you also meet the eligibility conditions, such as a minimum age and educational qualification.

The premier institution for medical education in India in medical research, healthcare, and clinical trials is AIIMS. You will find more here than you would at AIIMS if your interests are solely in traditional medicine, biomedical research, or clinical trials. It is true that AIIMS has said that it has a much superior infrastructure and faculties, and great strength in its innovation research in their health care. 

In summation, one can say ACTCM may be more appropriate to ones leaning to traditional/alternative medicine, but AIIMS would trump with respect to general mainstream biomedical or clinical research.

According to eligibility for PhD course a candidate seeking admission to the course of study leading to the award of a degree of doctor of philosophy process at least one of the following qualification medical qualification MBBS / BDS with a minimum 55% aggregate marks or MD / MS / MDS / DM in the subject concerned full stop or nursing qualification candidates holding MSc degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks in nursing speciality will also be eligible for PhD admission in College of nursing full stop the non medical candidate eligibility master degree 2 years course awarded by indian universities or equivalent in the subject as per requirement of the project.
