Hii Riza khan,
No, it won't affect your admission as far as you scored 45% in PCB and your total is 65%. So these grace marks won't cause you any trouble. You can easily get admission in B.Sc Nursing at AIIMS if you crack the entrance exam.

In order to enroll at AIIMS to study Radiology and Imaging Technology after the class 12 examinations, you need to have a Science background and proficiency in Biology, Physics and Chemistry in particular. No. AIIMS doesn't make changes in INI CET exam pattern every year. From last few years since the exam was started in 2020, AIIMS has changed the pattern only once and that was only minor one. As per the existing exam patterm, the exam is held in computer-based mode in English language only. There is a provision of negative marking as well.

No, AIIMS doesn't release INI CET syllabus as such. However, experts suggest the syllabus comprise all those subjects covered during MBBS course. INI CET syllabus includes pre clinical, para clinical and clinical subjects. Candidates are advised to prepare all the subjects given in these above menioned topics well.

The minimum qualifying score for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program at AIIMS Raebareli is based on the NEET exam results. The cut-off scores for AIIMS vary each year and depend on several factors. The cut-off scores also vary depending on whether the candidate is applying under the All India quota or Home State. With 88% it may be but difficult to reach the expected cut-off of AIIMS Raebareli. The cut-off scores for AIIMS MBBS 2024 are as follows:
General/Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): 720 to 164
OBC/SC/ST: 163 to 129

AIIMS allots the INI CET exam centre to candidates through an admit card. INI CET 2025 exam for the July session will be conducted on May 17, 2024. Candidates have to find the name and address of the INI CET 2025 exam centre on the admit card. Candidates will have to fill three exam city options in terms of their preference in the application form. The allocation of a particular exam centre is based on the completion of the application and the availability of computer nodes in the city.

AIIMS announced dates for final registration for INI CET 2025 November exam. The registration started on September 30, 2025. Candidates have to generate EUC to complete the final registration. It must be noted candidates whose basic registration has already been accepted only those can generate EUC. The exam is scheduled to be ehld on November 9, 2025.

Indeed, you can still get into AIIMS if you were awarded a spot in KVG Medical College under the state quota, but only if you achieve exceptionally high results in the NEET UG exam. The only criteria used for admission to AIIMS is merit, as determined by the NEET, and the cutoff score is typically very high—often beyond 600–650. You would need to reappear for NEET and receive a competitive rank in order to seek admission to AIIMS if your existing NEET score has not already earned you a spot.
