NLU-D would be a better choice. It has location advantage, faculty and placement is far more better than Jodhpur. I highly recommend you to join Delhi, however, there are few people in my college who had opted for Jodhpur above Delhi.

Most of the reputed law colleges conduct their own exam. For example, NLUs ask for CLAT score. NLUD offers admission via AILET, GGSIPU through CET, BHU, and Symbiosis also have their own exams, etc. Since most of the competitive exams are over, you can approach private colleges or check your eligibility for KLEE which is yet to be conducted. You can also complete UG from DU then complete law from DU for which you will have to appear in its entrance exam.
As for the universities taking admissions on the basis of HSEE, you can check it on their respective website.

NluD sells its previous years papers, apart from this, you can buy the previous years papers online or from any other bookstore. These are easily available. Also, for the simple ones, you can get a lot of worksheets online, and you can also opt for test series that the coaching institutes offer.

Well, no, this rank won't fetch you any college but you can go to private universities like Amity and Galgotias. You will get admission there.

Previous year papers are not all available online. So, you are better off purchasing prep book.

Hi,
Some of question papers with answer key are available on the NLU Delhi official website itself. Also, you may ask the university to send you the papers on payment of a certain fee. Alternatively, you can get previous year papers in many book sellers shops, who provide competitive exams material.
