Hello Pandurangam, it's very nice to hear from you that after completion of your diploma examination you are not interested in doing graduation in engineering Albert in a part-time manner. however the university or the institute that you have proposed is not regular university but it offers only distance education. Presently all open universities have been debarred from offering any professional course and hence the link that I am giving you is also indicating a similar scenario.
It's best for you to look for a college where you are working which is offering part time BTech in actual college and glass mode. Hence the best option for yo

You took a very good decision to continue your study. It will help you in future for sure. But, as you know that regular course is better than correspondence course. So, I'll suggest you if you don't have that much financial problem, then you should go with regular B.Tech or BE. Otherwise, it's fine. Good Luck.

Hello Pravin,
It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that it in spite of doing your diploma in the year 2006 you now wish to do your graduation in ECE branch of engineering. Here I would like to inform you about the situation in India. At the moment you are working in Kuwait and you can do such courses only by correspondence but UGC has once again reiterated that no professional courses including engineering can be offered by any distance learning university. Hence at least at the present I am afraid you cannot pursue your BTech via distance education mode.
