The AMU, Faculty of Management studies and research offers MBA in four major specialisations namely Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations along with International Business, Hospital Administration and Islamic Banking and Finance. Aligarh Muslim University MBBS is offered on campus by the Department of Medicine and off campus by the Faculty of Medicine. The AMU Faculty of Medicine has two affiliated colleges and they are as under:
