Aligarh Muslim University

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is a reputed college, established in 1920. To get admission to the Master of Arts in Political Science (MA Pol Science), a postgraduate program, one must have passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/B.A.LLB with not less than 50% marks from the universities/colleges/institutes recognized by the AMU. The selection is done through an admission test for a total of 40 seats.
AMU will soon release the cut off for 2022 independently for boys and girls, which will be determined by a variety of factors, including the number of test takers, the difficulty of the exam, and the marks earned by candidates.
As of today, AMU is yet to release results for MA Pol Science on their official website. Hence, the cut-off information for 2022 has yet to be released. You may regularly visit their official website, 'amucontrollerexams', to get further updates.

Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Philosophy is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course and it is offered by the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

Eligibility Criteria
Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English and three Subjects from amongst Accountancy, Arabic, Banking, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Organization, Business Studies, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, Education, English, Fine Arts, Geography, Hindi, History, Home Science, Islamic Studies, Mathematics, Persian, Philosophy, Physical Health Education, Physics, Political Science/Civics, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Statistics, Urdu and Modern Indian Languages (Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi and Kashmiri).
OR
Degree/Sanad from recognized Madarsa/Institution with at least 50% marks (as given in Table IX).
OR
Bridge Course (for Graduates of Deeni Madaris) from AMU with at least 50% marks.
Note: Candidates shall be eligible for admission to B.A.(Hons.) with Arabic as Main Subject only if they have studied the language at the SSSC level.
