AIIMS MBBS exam, or generally referred to as AIIMS exam by the students of class 12 is conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences every year at a National level for their undergraduate programme. AIIMS PG seat allocation is under INI CET Exam conducted every year.

For getting admission in AIIMS you have to score more than 700 in NEET because there is so much competition in NEET entrance exam like about 16 lacs students give exams per year and it is very difficult to get admission in AIIMS and there is not any other way to get admission in AIIMS you have to give NEET and score high as enough thanks.

You have to score good marks in NEET with top rank. Then you can join AIIMS Rishikesh. The enrollment process go through the MCC counseling process
And if you allotted AIIMS, you can join.

Hello! There are 571 seats
To pursue B.Sc (Hons. ) Nursing, candidates must complete the minimum eligibility requirements, including passing class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as necessary subjects. The B.Sc Nursing (Post-basic) programme has 30 seats available, whereas the B.Sc Nursing (Hons) Nursing degree has 571 seats available.

Yes you can get into the AIIMS according to your rank. 670 marks is a good score out of 720, and one can easily get into the top medical colleges of INDIA. But mostly the rank matters not the score. Every year the cutt off is going higher so if you can't get into the AIIMS you can get into the top medical college of your state as well as other states also through AIQ seats.
