If your choice filling has been done in a manner that better colleges are above the lower one then do your counselling till last round, you may get one of the government colleges. But personally, I would suggest you to choose fee waiver seat of good private colleges like AKGEC, JSS and KIET, but this should be after your selection of government colleges.

Both are good and comparable college. But Mnnit Allahabad has comparably good faculty. So go for Mnit Allahabad. If you live near Jaipur, you can opt for Jaipur also.

It totally depend on JOSAA counselling. You may get NIT-Allahabad, but IIIT-Hyderabad is best. IIIT is among all the IIITs, so you cannot get it.

B.Voc is not offered at ECC, Allahabad. BHU offer B.Voc. in Food Processing and Management.

Yes, Allahabad University is a better option for B.A. There are lot of students pursuing B.A with coaching for civil services.
